The Parker PWO is a compact and lightweight Water Oil Cooler (also known as a brazed plate heat exchanger) with a high cooling capacity for its size. Please use the PWO Sizing Software on the Product Support Tab for proper cooler sizing.
It consists of corrugated channel plates enclosed by a back and front cover plate. The channel plates are pressed and vacuum-welded in an automatic procedure subject to strict quality controls. The unique plate design provides highly turbulent flow conditions throughout the cooler, the key to efficient cooling.Turbulences prevent deposits from forming to such an extent,that easy to maintenance.
Oil Coolers Heat Exchangers , Oil Coolers Heat Exchanger Oil cooler may be designed to exchange heat between oil and air rather than oil and the coolant in the engine cooling circuit. Oil cooler latter involves simplified oil circuits and low costs compared to the oil-air solutions, which offer higher performances and do not imply an additional thermal load for the radiator.
